Team Feedback

We should have worked together to film each part, so the whole work would show continuity, integrity, cohesion and would have shown real teamwork. In general, all the video scenarios were different and were also recorded with different cameras and with different video and audio quality and format.  We disagree at the very end about the enterprise because some of us were not really about how this candy enterprise could help the country´s development. The intention of changing the plans caused confusion for the team and made everything delay. Also some of the ideas of the members of the team were not taken in consideration as the one proposed by Esteban, which by the way was a very valuable idea for the project but we knew about it too late to add it to the work.

Personal Feedback



There was too much noise and echo. He speaks loud but too paused. He does not enforce what he is saying with corporal moves. The whole speech is flat, which means that he doesn´t gives the right intonation to what he is saying. The scenario looks professional, nevertheless, it´s pretty obvious that he is reading from the computer in front of him. He doesn´t maintain eye contact with camera which can be interpreted as poor self-confidence. Although he is sit on a desk chair he moves too much and looks childish. His opportunity area is basically to enforce with non-verbal language what he is saying and also keep eye contact with the camera or audience.
